Wildwood took an unutilized utility room and transformed it into a wine cellar.  The concrete block room was first highly insulated and incorporated an air conditioning system designed specifically for wine cellars to regulate both temperature and humidity.  The walls and ceiling were lined with mahogany shelves and a tongue and groove wood ceiling.  A small portal entry opens up to a space that stores more than 1000 bottles of wine. Completed 2014.
